Weight Loss: Month 2

My second month in Philly, and my second month of keeping tabs on my weight loss has come to a close. So far things are going VERY well and I’m happy to say that I’ve officially hit the “10lbs lost” mark. Let’s take a look at the rundown…

  • April: 5lbs (DONE!)
  • May: 5lbs (DONE!)
  • June: 10lbs (I’m GOING FOR IT!!)
  • July: 10lbs (will this be possible?)
  • August: 5lbs (as muscle starts to replace fat, I’ll loose less weight)
  • September: 5lbs (same as prior month)
  • October: 5lbs (we’ll see…)

My overall goal is to loose 45lbs by the end of October. And having lost 10lbs already, I’m right on track. June and July are going to be the tough months, but I’m determined, so we’ll just have to wait and see I guess.

Well, I’m glad to see things are going well so far. I started trying to lose a little weight a few weeks back myself. So, I’ve been using an exercise bike nightly and I’ve changed my eating habits. I’ve finally cut Coca-Cola and other pop from my diet too, which is really good. Regardless of how much change I make, I’m just happy to be sticking with it.
