Losing Weight: Week 5

Participating in The Diet

It’s been a while since my last update. Sorry about that. I attribute that lack of sharing to a combination of “wanting to post other things” and “no weight was actually lost”. Luckily, I find myself with nothing else to talk about, and an actual bit of weight loss to report. Hooray!

  • Week 1 Weight: 227.6lbs
  • Week 2 Weight: 228.8lbs
  • Week 5 Weight: 226.6lbs
  • Goal Weight: 200lbs
  • “Good Enough” Weight: under 210lbs
  • Deadline: October 21st (10-year highschool reunion)

At the last weigh-in, I had actually gained 1lb, but this time I’ve lost that extra pound and another on top of that. And it only took me three weeks! …ugh, this isn’t going as well as I had hoped. At this rate, I’ll only lost about 10lbs before my reunion. Time to start increasing the amount of exercise I do.
