I thought about walking my cat once. I thought he would like to get some fresh air. I normally don't let him outside so I thought it was a good idea but as it turns out he was WAY too afraid to go out. By the time I had opened the door the idea had already become history.

I don't think it's that odd if a person walks a cat. I have two cats and have considered walking them, give them a little fresh air, but they are too afraid of the outdoors. Although, I have had a few cats in the past that I took outside on leashes. They absolutely loved it. I had to keep them on a leash though, because they would run off otherwise. They actually have special leashes for cats too, so I guess it's more common than most people think.
