for pillows, try memory foam. i’ve had the BEST night’s sleep with that stuff…. of course, i’ve never tried feather, so i may be wrong…

I was thinking about going with one of those, but I didn’t want to spend the money and then have it turn out badly for me. Especially since that’s what happened these past few weeks since I moved.

I bought new pillows, but I misjudged and ended up getting some that weren’t as soft as I thought they would be. They’re not bad, but having had feather pillows for the past few years, it’s just not the same.

For the whole DVD player situation, the Mac Mini is defineately the better choice. Not that it can play DVDs any better, but it’s a freakin 6 inch magical box.

For the bookshelfs I’d rock craigslist.philadelphia.org under the furniture listings and pick up a nice bookshelf for cheap. I like the “Billy” series from Ikea and they are listed fairly often.

I saw those a couple weeks ago when I went to ikea, but they might be a little small for my collection. I’ve got about 250 DVD’s I need to store somewhere.
